16+ Semi Independent Accommodation and Support

Our supported living accommodation provides exceptional, round-the-clock care to young adults aged 16 and over. Our accommodation provides a safe and comfortable environment, operating a robust on-call system with 24 hour key worker mentors available.
Our aim is to make sure that all our services are able to surpass even the highest of expectations. Because of this;
  • We invest in our staff by promoting training and continuous professional development so that they are able to learn new skills and refresh already existing knowledge.
  • Our experienced team delivers personalised support for each tenant, treating every person as an individual with their own background, experience and ambitions.
  • Working in adherence to the Care Leaver’s Charter, we therefore undertake a complete assessment to determine each young person’s support need. Based on this, we then provide a personalised support plan to help them achieve their target outcomes.

Accommodation which is maintained, decorated and furnished to a high standard
A tailored independent living programme
Accommodation available 365 days a year with 24 hours support
Bespoke care packages and support hours dependent on individual needs
Support to register with local health providers
Support in accessing education, employment and training
Support with future housing
AQA registration and support
Access to counselling and support in areas such as drug and alcohol, sexuality, sexual health, anger management, self-harm, safeguarding etc.
Financial advice and assistance
Access to advocacy services
Support in joining the Care Leavers Association and a national voice for peer support and guidance
